Who We Are
Dr. Tim Gott, ACC
With over 37 years of experience as an educator, coach, and leader in diverse roles and settings, Tim brings an insight and expertise on how to encourage and support others in reaching their goals and living out their purpose. He has served as a teacher, counselor, principal, director, coach, and state consultant over his career. His work has been across elementary, middle, and high school as well as adjunct teaching at the collegiate level. This past year he developed and led an educational leadership development program serving experienced and emerging school administrators. He has a BA in Mathematics, a MA in School Counseling, and ED. D in Educational Leadership, all from Western Kentucky University. He has been certified as a secondary education teacher, school counselor, K-12 Principal, and Superintendent. He is a ACC certified life coach with the International Coach Federation. He has been married to Ellen since 1986 and they have three adult children.
Ellen Gott
Ellen has over two decades of extensive experience in and around educational settings. While raising three children, she was highly involved with their elementary and middle schools, as well as the district’s Performing Arts Center, winning the state School Volunteer of the Year award. Having received a BA in Mathematics and Secondary Education and an MS in Library Media Education, she taught mathematics and worked with students in both Credit Retrieval and Alternative School programs at the high school level. She empowered students to find their path, become independent learners, and achieve their goals. Ellen also served as the Teacher Certification Officer for Western Kentucky University, working with students, teachers, principals, superintendents, school districts, and certification consultants on the local, state, and national level.
